Welcome to Baked Park! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Shopify store (the “Site”) and the purchase of tickets (“Tickets”) to the Baked Park music festival held in Barcelona (“Festival,” “Event”). By accessing our Site or purchasing a Ticket, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

To purchase a ticket or use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or have the permission of a legal guardian),

• Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract,

• Provide accurate and complete information.

2. Purchase of Tickets

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted unless required by applicable law or as stated in Section 6.

• Ticket prices are quoted in EUR (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

• Each ticket allows access for only one person on the specified date(s).

• Tickets are issued digitally via email after purchase confirmation.

3. Payment Processing

We use Shopify's secure payment system. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us and our third-party payment processor to charge the total amount.

4. Entry Requirements

• You must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) and matching photo ID at the festival gate.

• The festival may have specific entry requirements (e.g., age restrictions, prohibited items, re-entry policies). Full details will be provided closer to the event date and are subject to change based on legal or safety guidelines.

5. Conduct at the Festival

Attendees are expected to:

• Please respect local laws and festival rules,

• Refrain from illegal or disruptive behavior,

• Follow the safety instructions of staff and safety equipment.

Baked Park reserves the right to refuse entry or eject anyone who violates these rules, without refund.

6. Changes or Cancellation of the Event

We reserve the right to:

• Change the poster, date or place due to unforeseen circumstances,

• Cancel the event due to force majeure (e.g., weather conditions, pandemics, government restrictions).

In the event of event cancellation, you will be entitled to a full or partial refund in accordance with applicable law or our refund policy (link in the footer).

7. Resale and Transfers

• Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes without our written consent.

• We reserve the right to invalidate tickets obtained in violation of this clause.

8. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baked Park, its owners and partners are not responsible for:

• Personal injury or loss of property at the festival,

• Technical problems that prevent access to the store or the delivery of tickets,

• Acts of third parties or causes of force majeure.

You attend the festival at your own risk.

9. Privacy Policy

Use of the Site and ticket purchases are also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, images, and text—is the property of Baked Park or its partners and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Applicable Legislation

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Barcelona, except as provided for by consumer protection regulations.
